Jesse brings an incredibly varied tool kit with her to each session and finds a way to bring out the best in every horse. Her great eye and ability to break things down into pieces the rider can understand and feel make her a great teacher as well as trainer. Her in-hand /piaffe /passage skill set is very unique in the competitive dressage world and make her able to bring out the best in horses and riders of all levels.

Jesse is truly gifted with the in-hand work. She took our favorite unicorn Diego from having a 6 trot at best to developing an honest cadence and thrust. She is a fantastic listener and reads a horse extremely well. She knows when to push on, when to back off, when the struggle is positive and when it is over facing the horse and it is time to back off. She works equally well with my ultra sensitive Squirrel man as she does my over the top dominant mother of dragons. When I was in a pad place with the dragon queen Jesse was instrumental in helping to turn the ship around. I had tried to get help from others bit she was the only one ready to stand by me no matter what happened. Jesse is a rare human being. She is articulate and trustworthy and easy to have around. She is a gift. She has made an enormous difference in our horses.

My horse and I have been working with Jesse for the past 10 months. When we first started working with Jesse, I had all but given up hope that my horse would ever be "normal". My only riding goal was always "not to die". In hindsight, I don't think I ever really even enjoyed riding him...until I met Jesse, or should I say Dexter met Jesse.

Jesse has a six sense when it comes to reading horses behavior and finding their buttons. She is an amazing rider, and she sees things in each of horses she works with...sees their potential, their weaknesses, their tricks, and their hearts. She loves them and treats them as if they were her own. I no longer worry about my boy when I am away as I know she always has her eye on them. As a rider, I have been pushed past my comfort zone, but in a very good way. Up until now, I been a very conservative, defensive rider, but with Jesse's coaching, I have become stronger, more confident, and I now have a higher level of respect for the sport and for my horse.

I have higher expectations now, and I know we can accomplish so much more than I ever thought possible. I am so thankful that Dexter and I found Jesse and we look forward to a very bright future. Jesse has been such a positive, supportive force in our transformation.
