Allowing my emotions to teach me what beliefs I had made up about myself. Then rewriting the new belief and releasing the old belief. Now I was free to feel peace.

There is no magic wand to wave to make it different. It is simply making one choice after the next each day throughout the day. The old habits slowly shift into the new habits with practice.

In ancient times the Apple Tree is said to be the “Tree of Love” and is one of the most sacred trees, symbolizing good health and future happiness.

May we all be kind to each other and to ourselves whether we are full of hot air or not.

Are we going to allow it to be a simple particle of dust that passes by or are we going to allow the speck to grow into a clump of sand in our eye? The choice is ours.

If one must have a label in this world make it your own and be sure to make it without limitations.
